This was the third piece I created in the “Heritage” series. With this piece I integrated yellow “CAUTION” tape which was used to block off a section of seats at a San Jose Sharks hockey game due to the pandemic. I felt like the color and the bold lettering added needed contrast to the work, and also added an air of mystery to the subjects by covering up their eyes.
